IMPAKT training sessions are designed to be fun and interactive. That’s because we are just that! Besides, there is nothing more of a WASTE than to sit in on a training session and learn absolutely nothing.

LEARNING OUTCOMES
These programmes will provide an introduction to the KAIZEN way of thinking that has radically improved many major corporations around the world.
The training will give participants an overview of both the Lean Manufacturing concepts & Six Sigma methodology, and the tools required to deploy such methods in their own organizations.
Participants will learn simple problem solving techniques, that will help them become more engaged at their workplace, thereby focusing on developing labour productivity skills, which ultimately contributes towards an engaged, motivated team with increased organizational efficiency.
