PREPARING FOR AN ISO AUDIT
We offer a guided in-depth walk through of the ISO systems and its basic requirements. This includes the guidance of setting up an overall Quality Management System that will support the auditing process towards a successful ISO accreditation.
This programme is designed to point you in the right direction, thereby saving you time and money before you consider initiating the process of gaining your accrediation, as it allows you to ensure the basic requirements are covered in advance.
A full organisational review will be conducted to identify the gaps that will be picked up during an audit.
IMPAKT will conduct several “mock audits” to ensure adequate readiness prior to any actual audits taking place. We will also train internal auditors that will monitor and prepare for the external audits.
